Automotive industry has various processes in place to ensure the quality of the parts critical for the vehicle. Human and machine errors can lead to faulty parts in the final product. Handling the quality control processes manually are error prone and time consuming. This led to the idea of Quality Control Dashboard that helps to visualize the process. Open Source ecosystem with tons of tooling and resources around it has made it easy for even non-software engineers to get started. This talk will share the experience of developing Quality Control Dashboard from scratch using python and its visualization library. The talk will cover: * Python ecosystem for beginners * Data Collection using Python * Exploring python data visualization landscape * Creating the dashboard.
