🎂 The Fedora Project just celebrated its 18th birthday, so it's a perfect time for a grand retrospective! Project Leader Matthew Miller leads a whirlwind tour through all 35 Fedora releases, drawn from the memories and the mailing list posts of many different Fedora contributors and users. The talk covers both technical direction and community growth over the years. This talk is for anyone interested in how open source, community-driven software projects work. While those particularly interested in Fedora Linux will enjoy the details, the Project's missteps and successes have lessons for everyone. Time will be reserved for audience questions at the end.
