Ioana is a Teaching Assistant at the Politehnica University of Bucharest and a PhD candidate in the field of Security for Internet of Things. Despite the technical background, writing has always been Ioana’s passion and she managed to mix the two. She has published several articles in magazines such as the MagPi and Make: and books on Internet of Things. Ioana is a Tock contributor and is the author of the first about Tock. Her work includes porting Tock to Raspberry Pi Pico. She was keynote speaker at Embedded Linux Conference 2020 and provided a tutorial at the Embedded Linux Conference 2021.
