Oindrilla is a Senior Data Scientist at Red Hat, in the Office of the CTO working on emerging trends and research in ML and AI. She works on evaluating new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the open source Data Science ecosystem, for enhancing Red Hat products and internal services with intelligent features.

Additionally, Oindrilla also teaches a graduate-level course at Boston University, the CS 549 ML Practicum. The course provides students with the skills necessary to carry out ML projects in the industry, covering topics such as MLOps, model deployment, ethics and bias in ML, data engineering, and Agile project management.
